In my research, I try to model two things side by side: the financial and social cost of leaving these problems as they are, and the benefits, economic and societal, that could come from fixing them. I also factor in what it would actually cost to implement a fix, and propose a realistic path to get there, rather than stopping at diagnosis.

Alongside that research, I put this work into practice through three organizations: as Founder of On My Way, CEO of The Global Call, and Impact Director at MESA. Across all three, the goal is the same — turning global commitments and international convenings (the kind of high-level agreements made at summits) into concrete, local action: designing models for participation, data collection, and financial redistribution that support people's ability to build a livelihood as the nature of work itself changes.
